I’ve been getting plenty inspired lately. Inspired by people coming up financially with no savings at all who are finding ways to put money away. I’m motivated to see people start creating that have been silent in the past. I’m pumped to see my friends make positive changes to get organized and positively influence each other.

Seeing my friends and community lift each other up and provide constructive criticism is wonderful because it allows me the safety of knowing that I am surrounding myself with those types of people.

A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.

Proverbs 17:17

Having a positive community around you doesn’t mean that they always agree with you. Quite the contrary! They will, in fact, disagree with you. The point is not to always be agreeable, but rather to want the best for your companions, and respect their will.

I’m interested in continuing to surround myself with people willing to be honest with themselves and me. One cannot be completely honest with others unless one can be completely honest with one’s self. I don’t mean to sound totally idealistic, but honesty is definitely the most valuable quality to find in yourself and others. Avoid dishonest people.

That said I am happy to report that I, and my tribe of friends and family are doing quite well. I’m inspired by my friends collaborating and starting businesses. I’m happy to see opportunities to add value, whether it is through encouragement or direct support, we can all add value. Think about the people that you care about and ask yourself how you might be able to let them know that you care about them.
